I organize by size and season in clear rubbermaid containers.
They are almost 3We use those big plastic tubs and sort by age .
I find that to be way easier.
I organize by size.
Or 2-3 sizes worth of clothing.

I can't really do those all ready put together outfits (like Carter's has) b/c he is a different size on top then bottom.
