I am curious which is the best way to convert time like this 2008-04-23 into 1 year and 3 days ago
I currently do this in PHP but I am finding a lot of sites do it in javascript, including Stackoverflow
What do you think is the best way, it seems offloading...

If not, do it in whichever is easier....
If the content is dynamic, do it with Javascript.
If you're running a big site, it might be useful to speed up script running time to make the server more responsive .
Doing it in JavaScript makes the server do less.

Running a 10hp and 20hp Phase Perfect here, can't complain... .
Clean, reliable, quite power, they may cost a little more up front but I wouldn't go any other way .
I am on my second Phase Perfect, my first was a 10HP and I just recently stepped up to a 30HP .

In this case the function make_menu($parent) in the Cat_menu controller .
Given the PHP error message above, it's saying that you've told the method Cat_menu::make_menu() to accept an argument .

And with my Apple cable conversion app for pc, i use it to convert 1080p vids from youtube to mp3 for my mobile but it will convert most file types to almost....
No need to convert unless the files are too huge for the processor.
