45 min-1hr, knock down, repeat at around 35 min., let rise... .
Put in cooker or bowl to rise for approx.
It's not full other bread dough.
Makes great bread with a browned crust.
Cook for a long time, probably 1 1/2+ hrs.

I was just thinking about starting to fry the onions for dinner tonight (You saute them until crispy in olive oil. )
I was thinking about making some extra and mixing them in with the pita bread dough? What do you think?

CHUBBLE BREAD
Ingredients of stuffs in an empty wide bowl.
Serve with butter and or Golden Syrup.
Remove from the CO and taste off the bottom of the damper .
Test for readiness using a bamboo skewer.
Allow 35 minutes to cook.

Re: What is your favourite type of bread? French bread. Especially when it's just a little bit stale so it's really crunchy.

My grocery store sells bread that isn't completely finished cooking. You must bake it about 15 extra minutes before you serve it. The advantage to this is that you end up with bread that smells and tastes fresh baked.
I'd like to do something similar ...

I have no idea what kind of breadI actually don't like bread machines (and got rid of mine about 5 years ago)...I (pre-DD) would make bread by hand/in the oven.
Than having to take something out of the oven when done cooking.
