I rarely eat bread thoughI am gluten intolerant....
I cannot eat white bread without having intense stomach pain, but I can eat wheat bread without any visible/immediate side effects.
Haven't seen any difference in our health.

I don't mind poisoned rubbish, bread....
Wheat is poison, and gluten wreaks havoc on people's health as a health food! Plam - interesting about legumes, and sadly you are probably right.
