Any tried favorite pumpkin bread recipes? I already make the cake mix and pumpkin one on regular basis. Looking for another one to use up this big can of pumpkin I just opened for another recipe. Thanks

It is soooo good! I make Pumpkin bread ghosts for Halloween and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bread for Thanksgiving....
I have never had it with Pecans but I make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip bread every Halloween and Thanksgiving.

Mine turned out more like pumpkin bread than "cake", but it was quite tasty, even without pumpkin flavored pudding, but pure pumpkin puree and a little pumpkin pie spice would also work nicely.

3 1/2 c.
How about bread? My recipe died while my daughter was in college.
Serves 4 (12 pancakes) Just love anything with Pumpkin.
And dusting of cinnamon.
