I've been using Ener-G breads for my lunch sandwiches for months now, and I've accidentally purchased a moldy loaf twice, and I've seen moldy loaves in the stores countless times. I was just making up my sandwich before work...

When I was first diagnosed I started out using Ener-G bread Bakehouse or Udi's bread.

I just love fresh warm breadTypically most bread works out at 2pps for 35g and 5pps for 70g.
Roughly the amount that the store bought breads do (for a large loaf).

Looked at bread's pricing and it seems out of line. a simple comparison probably left most prospective diners feeling the same way. more bang for the buck elsewhere.
