I guess they need it to help the shelf life it in soups and sauces and such, but the bread does not need so much.

I am living in Collinwood, Lapux2. Can anyone recommend where to obtain fresh English tasting bread or crusty French sticks or rolls. I do not like the sweet Philippino bread.
