I have had a tingling in my breast and then a burning sensation inside the nipple. had check up and mammogram 4 months ago and was fine. any reason for concer?

Try using this arm stretching exercise....
Unfortunately the breast area this helps this is a good way to loose fat in the breast area, as well as gain pec muscle.
That should help you lose weight from all over, including your breasts.

I do not have large breast hard.
They would certainly prescribe something to get rid of the infection .

Most body female builders seem to have breasts about the same size as their male counterparts.
