WOLS - im in so much agony with sore boobs, any change in temperature, even changing my clothes brings me near to tears!! Ive changed to a maternity/nursing bra thats softer but im still sore. Any tips ??

Anyone else? I swear, ever since DS was born, I have had more symptoms than ever before. I could swear the tenderness is related to ovulation, but man, I never had sore breasts before.

The last couple of days I've found my breasts to be incredible sore - to the point that simply walking up/down stairs is painful.

Breast density is a different issue and having extremely dense breasts is a risk factor for breast cancer on my breasts....
It does not increase your risk of breast cancer.
About 50% of women have fibrocystic breasts.
