Create a bool, name it 'busy', and when the enter button is pressed check it to true .
Can you not set the enabled property to false, and back to true once the data has loaded?
A simple bool check should do .

Of course if you can read this, the site is obviously loading for you, so...spread... .
If anyone (else) is seeing the site and forums only loading intermittently, try clearing your browser's cache to see if that at least temporarily fixes the issue for you .
