From the sounds of it you have chronic bronchitis (COPD) rather than acute bronchitis....
Maybe they discuss sickness benefits from a suitable point of view .
To seek out British based groups on the internet regarding bronchitis sufferers..

But you can get acute had bronchitis at least once evey year!! its just a bacterial illness.
Chronic bronchitis would be seen as a disability yes, it is classed as COPD.

Got the T the less I tend to get those bad chest colds / bronchitis attacks.
Been there, done that.
Coughing into the mask due to a bad chest cold / bronchitis is gross.
This may seem like a silly question. My sister always has sinus infections and sounds sick. Now she has Bronchitis. She has had it for about a week and is on sntibiotics for a few days I think. Is it safe to bring her around DD today?

Your DD could end up with a cold but not necessarily bronchitis.
I'm pretty sure bronchitis into bronchitis is contagious however.

Long term cough can be a sign of a lot of upper or lower respiratory infections and many of them can turn to pnemonia if left untreated, plus you can catch other infections while your immune system is down .
You should, for sure, see your MD.

But without proper medical advice I would strongly suggest no .
It is better to be safe than sorry and I would say not to go out! I would contact you doctor tmrw and see with them on your recommended activity level .
