Bleach it then die it dark brownif its naturally dark (as in you have no hair dye on it at all) u may be able to use a high lift colored hair, your going to have....
You cant make darker hair lighter magically.
And then do your color.

You will have to color cleanse your hair again and then use a toner or demi permanent color to get to where you want if it lightens too light again.

You might want to go see a professional to bleach your hair is in the hand of someone....
It's highly recommended if your want a nice flashy colour that won't just look like your hair is slightly stained specially if you have dark hair.
