So go ahead and use butter, unsalted is better I make brownies.
I just made some brownies (peanut butter brownies) and it required the use of butter.
It sounds gross, but works great.
Same amount as the oil it says.

I just had to share these. They are really really amazing! My nutritionist is getting me away from processed carbs (which TOTALLY include brownies), and you can't even tell that these don't have flour. AND they are packed with healthy fats from almonds...
