I know i have not been on a lot lately but i have come back needed help
i think i have gotten a browser hijack thing. when ever i use google and click on a site it redirects me to a different page and i cannot update avg or adaware and i can't even open...

Over the last few days my browser has been getting hijacked.
I also can no longer connect to Google.com; it states "Oops! Internet Explorer could not find www.google.com". I have the same problem in Firefox. I can get it to load if I use Google's IP address...

I'm on a PC running Win 7 x64
I think since installing Game booster 3.2, all my browsers start pages have been changed to
http://www.v9.com/iob/iob_1327016108_280565
I'm not 100% sure that's the reason though.
I already looked at each browser's start...

You seem to have an ad in your your group of ads that throws a popup message that "windows detected suspicious files and will now scan your drive". It then tries to redirect to a page that pretends to be a virus scanner. This hit me while I was adding...
