By far your best bet is going to be exposing whatever methods you need in your Class Library as web methods and letting Flash call them that way .

The solution is to simply disable "Antihammering" on the security tab.... .
This effectively triggers the antihammering feature very quickly.
This occurs because by default, IE attempts to login as anonymous into the FTP server, and does this 2 or 3 times .

EDIT: Seems as though you can run a web server on Windows CE... .
I'm sure your web server is not running on Windows CE, so I don't think your concern is warranted .
The images from ASP would be compressed on the server side--not client side .
