Repeated grinding motions on teeth certainly can cause them to loosen up, and decreasing those forces generally should... .
The nightguard might help decrease the mobility of the front teeth, but it depends on the condition of the gums and bone in the area .

A priori non, cependant mieux vaut consulter pour ce bruxisme qui lui peut expliquer les fatigues etc...

Oui, ça se traite, vous devriez aller voir un dentiste (ou un occlusodontiste s'il y en a près de chez vous), les orthos ne font pas cette prise en charge générale .
