Repeated grinding motions on teeth certainly can cause them to loosen up, and decreasing those forces generally....
The nightguard might help decrease the mobility of the front teeth, but it depends on the condition of the gums and bone in the area .

Oui, ça se traite, vous devriez aller voir un dentiste (ou un occlusodontiste s'il y en a près de chez vous), les orthos ne font pas cette prise en charge générale .
