Follow the Religion know as Buddhism, but I believe everyone should follow the Buddhist philosophy.

Lately I've been thinking about studying Buddhism. A lot of Buddhist principles really intrigued me when I took World Religions in school. Thinking about expanding on it. Any Buddhists or meditators on here?

Hello,
Out of curiosity any Buddhist people living with type 1 diabetes out there? I have developed a big interest in Buddhist recently and I have found the teachings very useful to my diabetes care.
