I'm in BC, Canada, and I don't know if this is the only place that Cashews are like the price of diamonds, but I'm just wondering if there is a good place to get them in bulk. I get mine at Costco but even there is expensive. I've seen all these recipes...

I find that where I live (in hertfordshire) almonds and walnuts cheaper at asda, cashews cheaper at waitrose (seriously) and sunflower seeds at Holland and Barrett. When H and B and have a buy one get one 1/2 price offer I stock up on hemp and other nuts...

My carbs were a little high at 86 mainly because I ate cashews thru the day, which for upper body.

Sorry about your allergy by the bulk bins area in your supermarket and get the individual
ingredients *, then mix them up the bulk bins are more expensive....
The blurb say "cashews"....in the plural! Half a cashew nut is not
plural.

wake up take 5g glutamine, 5g bcaa,
1 - 70g oats in 350ml scrambled eggs and half tin of beans .

I agree with the above not a good diet.
Mate that diet doesn,t look to good, you,ve got very little protein/veg getting reading the articles section, theres a bulking diet James had outlined in there, make that your starting point.
