Melody is cheaper but works fine.
I used melody and verbatim.
But the problem is the game freezes after few minutes in my moded ps2..ithe iso loads of a ps2 supported disk.

Ps2 slim not reading backed up games help? I have a PS2 slim SC-PH-79001 series and i hard-modded it, about 4 years ago, so that i could play burnt backup games on it.
It was working without problem until about 2-1.5 years ago when it needed a lens change...

You can use the same memory card on new one so no data loss and an original ps2:).
