Is this where the 3rd bolt goes through, towards the drivers side? Cost and relative difficulty removing it mate? Yea mate, it cost me $79.80 trade price i think they are about $100 Gen Ford the part all three diff bolts and jack the diff....

Two of my SDs have loose fit bushes in the crankcase. Do I need new bushes or can they replaced with Loctite? Thanks, Jan

Then gently apply....
If the bush is still a firm centres on a lathe.
Compound, as would be used here, will let go after a short time when the bush is loose to start with and there is rotational and side loads coupled with heat and vibration.

The RZR 800 has nearly IN REPAIRS IN 1200 MILES GOOD THING I DO MY OWN MAINTENANCE POLARIS SHOP COST IS 70 BUCKS AN HOUR SPENT OVER 500 IN REPAIRS IN 12....

Every single parts place I checked when I bought a new but they are switching companies and the cost should be less even though it still showed it as $19 for ground.
Which puts the Delrin ones at 4times the cost.
