Essential or just plain cool bushcraft tips
Anyone have useful bushcraft tips to share? Things like making a Dakota smokeless fire or Swedish stove, maybe uses for knives that might not be obvious, like battoning?

Can you recommend a good Bushcraft knife for a junior? Are there any specialist junior knives out there? Perhaps with blunted tips etc?
I'm looking for a started knife for my 12 year old.
