Edit- would not going to argue that 15% isn't standard, but I just wanted to say that some restaurants judge minimum wage but I still tipped 20% at....
A decent tip is ~18%.
As someone who has worked in restaurants, 10% is not a decent tip.

Depends completely on the nature of the business: needs to be targeted to the correct customer base and how this is done may be different for different audience. Always good to have something strange or amazing to promote that might go viral though!
