I don't know that I can add anything, after all the tests and evaluations you've had. "Cheilitis" means inflammation of the lip, so I'm not sure what your doctor means by implying that the biopsy results were not compatible with that diagnosis.

I dont get it though - Im hardly in the sun, besides my yearly it's "working" because it burns like crazy, and leaves my lip looking "scabbed" and swollen by streptoccocus or staphyloccus....

I've been lucky. Busted my chin open on my own board once costing me 8 stitches. Broken nose once too.
What I fear more than injuries are the constant sinus infections. They seem to be worse and more frequent as I get older. :calltheamberlamps:
