It went all the way through, though....
My son fell and had his teeth cut through his lip too.
As for his lip, if there's no swelling and no bleeding, and he's not cranky or in pain, I would assume all is ok.
The dentist and see what they say.

I dont get it though - Im hardly in the sun, besides my yearly it's "working" because it burns like crazy, and leaves my lip looking "scabbed" and swollen by streptoccocus or staphyloccus....
