Just curious if anyone's bought a machine out of BB's open box system and subsequently had to deal with warranty issues on it and if so how it's handled.

Do you have the warranty documentation? My best advice would be to google it or call Best Buy they know the warranty better than anybody.

So the Org I work for has this monitor with an issue and I call Asus warranty support to get an RMA....only to find out that their records show the warranty is over( It was bought 10 months ago locally).
