I've read for hours and find Quicken Loans are fast to accept relatively low credit scores and easily accept 3.5% down payment in areas where many here are having a really hard time with banks. Has anybody had problems in the loan process with Quicken...

I prefer to buy it in cash and avoid all the closing costs....
Im in the same boat.
On financing but you can still finance it and have the mortgage company fund the house at the closing or that Nigerian condo.
