Can I install GCC ( compiler-GNU compiler collection ) in cell phones ???
(Requirements of GCC is processor with speed 450 MHZ and 4096 MB of space and around 1 MB of RAM to run )

A GPS is a GPS anywhere in the world isn't it? Hand-held GPS receivers can be purchased at Best Buy, REI, Radio Shack, or other electronics stores. (Personally, I'm a map-man - don't like GPSs).
