If you are eating very little and rapidly losing weight, you can often lose your periods b/c of that alone. I agree with the previous poster. Stop the Phentermine and see what happens.

I started phentermine in the beginning of may 2010 and got my period and here it is the 27th and still no period...I have taken 2 pregnancy test since my missed periodWell today....

I had implantation spotting Vaginal bleeding between periods with this pregnancy. It was one week before my period was due. It was brown and only happened on one occasion when I wiped. Hope this is a good sign for you. Let us know what happens.

The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.

I don't have answers for you, just a thought. When I get sick, it's usually in the middle of my period. Although I haven't researched it, I believe that my immune system is lower at that time. Probably totally normal, but weird. Hope you get the answers...
