If you are eating very little and rapidly losing weight, you can often lose your periods b/c of that alone. I agree with the previous poster. Stop the Phentermine and see what happens.

I had implantation spotting Vaginal bleeding between periods with this pregnancy. It was one week before my period was due. It was brown and only happened on one occasion when I wiped. Hope this is a good sign for you. Let us know what happens.

For those who missed my previous comment: I've been taking a natural supplement called CHASTEBERRY or VITEX.. 400 mg per day. You can find this in any store with natural vitamins. It's not expensive.. about 8 dollars for 100 tabs. It takes about a month...

The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.
