They do not have than we spent on cable for a vastly superior product.
For the record, Cable can only provide an image in 720 definition, not 1080.

A high-def hdmi cable box might work, but fixing any any thoughts....
France uses SECAM, not PAL.
While 1080p60 high definition signals are the same in both environments, standard definition signals are quite different.
