Back when I was 6 or 7 years old I had some coffee when I was at the business my father owned. I detested it and don't believe I've had any since though I'm not positive of that. If I did it was maybe once or twice and I know I haven't had any in the past 25 years. I know caffeine does have a noticeable effect on me from drinking softdrinks. I remember going something like 40 hours without sleep after drinking some caffeine laden softdrink in abundance.

White Tea have caffeine?
According to my Celestial Seasonings Perfectly Pear White Tea, it contains 50mg of caffeine per serving, compared to 90mg for coffee. This is more than black tea, which usually contains 30mg per serving. I find this interesting, consider white tea is known to contain the least amount of caffeine.
