The cake? You definitely need a dedicated metal cake pan, first of all.
Ive had a request for no jam.. How will i get the icing to stick to the cake minus jam? I have the edible glue but dont want to cover the cake in that incase it alters the taste??? Help! Almost ready to say i NEED jam lol xx Oh and any filling ideas aswell...

Why no jam? the answer to that could help be ok, dont cover the cake dab it on in spots Marmalade, works well too I dont always use jam to stick.
Egg white is commonly used as 'glue' in cake decorating.

I hated.
Very safe and effective way to get the gunk out of decorating tips.
Completely cover with water - the more keeps it from arcing .
Dump dirty metal decorating tips in.
Measuring cup or bowl.
