Nothing too fancy, just a cake with the Gaia logo on it! But I ran into a major problem, what kind of cake should it be?
So vote! And when the 8 days are up, I'll make it and send a pic to Gaia...

I'm now doing a diploma in sugar craft and didnt think was going to be so hard haha. love caking have been doing it for friends and family any one else like this sort of thing? Or does this sort of thing for a living? Xx

In Los Cristianos there is a very good catering shop that sells to the public called Pino, if you go from the bus... .
They have a very good kitchen equipment and baking section in the huge Ferreteria in Chafiras - the one on the north side of the motorway .

I purchased the Babycakes cake pop maker last weekend and this is the 3rd batch I have made in a week....and to think I used to crumble up cooked cake and mix with frosting and then dip !!!! The Babycakes pop maker is a life saver....in less then 30 minutes...
