Tried my hand at crab cakes tonight and they were awful. I'm a decent cook, taught by my grandma, however these cakes were terrible. So does any one have a good recipe for these or some pointers. They were rolled in bread crumbs with some seasoning added...

It makes for an all seafood crab cake,....
I make my crab cakes using a scallop mousse as a binder, insted of using bread crumbs.
That's part of the fun again soon.
Crab Cakes! Ole Boys down here in the south make up our own recpies.
