Okay I've tried it so many ways now and every way people suggested and it just isn't something I like I guess. The best way I found was to use it over foundation and/or concealer but even then I am not too thrilled with it. It looks a little funny color...

And won't get cakey or dry looking. I've given up on undereye concealer and I'm tired of my eyes looking so crepe-y. Thanks for any advice.
