What would be your all time favourite cake ? I'm currently loving carrot cake and convincing myself it's part of my five a day but I think I need to expand my tastes - any suggestions ?

The Scivation whey has always been very versatile and makes a great powder... .
Im the same as you, I barely ever use whey as a standard 'shake.' It always goes into oats or sludge for the most part .

I believe holiday inn CC also has a tandoor restaurant so the variety of food, generally is the same, possibly different tastes bt menu wise its pretty general.

Why did I discover KFC just before my diet - if I wanted to actually have burgers for dinner I would just buy fresh ones and barbecue them in my garden.
All other southern fried stuff tastes like feet to me.
