I tried ovulation trackers and I felt like I was flushing my money away lol. My doc said the best thing is to take your temp after you have rested for a while and keep track of those temps. When you see a small spike in your temp you are probably ovulating...

That..I was able to figure out my cycle fairly easily..best wishes to you hun..;-) We have a free ovulation I used electronic ovulation trackers because I tend to be irregular (pricey, but at least I knew exactlyI havnt used....

This was my second month of tracking ovulation with the cbfm. Last month I ovulated on cd11/12 so this month dh and I bd on CD9 and CD11. I had all the twinges during this time along with ewcm - but no peak reading! So I presumed the monitor hadnt picked...

Just wondering if anyone had their period just stop without being very irregular for some time? I will be 50 in May and have been sailing through perimenopause with very few symptoms. My period shortened to between 21 and 25 days but has been very regular...

After this cycle (which is cycle 8), I have been considering taking a break from temping, charting, OPKs, CBFM, etc. It started as a request from DH, but I think I might actually look forward to a break (from temping especially).
