I had been using Plaxo to Synchronize my Google Contacts and Calendar with Outlook 2007. But just found out that is will start costing $59 a year to use that feature, so I'm looking for a replacement.

How come there are a lack of Controls for ASP.NET MVC?
Sure it hasn't been around that long but one would think that a GridView, Calendar and other important controls would be included or at least in seperate packages.
However, I've failed to find any...

I'd recommend JQuery/JQuery UI, but....
There are numerous frameworks available for complex reusable controls.
Since ASP.NET MVC doesn't have the same client/server abstraction as regular ASP.NET, you use regular client-side controls (ie HTML/Javascript) .

Found a fix or work around? I think Google is more interested in putting time and money to prove calendar in sync? I like to check appointments and book them on my phone a lot and it's nice to have access to your calendar that....

Last year cefire put together a wall calendar of disc golf photos from around WA, OR, and ID. I was asking him about a 2012 edition and it sounds like he wont be doing one this year. If theres enough interest, Id be willing to put one together this time...
