Here's an idea/suggestion for you. How about a tab that displays a monthly calendar, detailing when
, transfers, etc). That way users can know up front how much money should be left in their accounts

I usually use Shutterfly for my calendars, but I can only use my own toppers to print those
with the calendar grids. Are there any online printers who will do those or is my only option to print

You should be paid on the 15th day of the month and the last day of the month. The first paycheck
is always 1 pay period behind. If you started working on the 4th day of the month you won't get paid
Calendar Month includes Business Days which is from Monday to Friday, so it means you get paid
