This is my 3rd day with Comcast. Caller ID feature is not working on my TV. I downloaded the software on my PC and followed all the instrcution to start receiving calls and caller id does not pop-up even after rebooting my PC.

Assuming your PSTN line provides caller id then the caller id comes in between the 1st and 2d ring the incoming caller id before the pstn-to-voip gateway processes the call.
