When I signed up for MFP, a daily caloric goal value was caclulated for me but I think it is way too low. I'd prefer to use my BMR (calculated at MFP). How/where can I change my daily caloric goal to that? Danno

Most (not all) moms say that they lose weight b/c of the BFing, so focus on eating healthy, going for just walks... .
I know a few moms using it, but BFing didn't work out for me, so no first hand experience .
Weight watchers has a program for nursing moms.
