Anyone know what is the better food option? One that is lower in fat but has more calories or the one that has less calories but more fat???

It will keep you FULL! It helps....
They're right-- fat is wonderful when it's from natural sources.
Low-fat tends to be full of sugar and salt to make up for the loss of fatty excited to see all of the fat proponents.

Surprised to see E2 levels drop to 11% even after using TCF .

The low-fat diet for more carbs.
I literally eat almost, carbs just don't fill me up and often make me hungrier...usually for more carbs .

NO! Now the better question is, will Chronic use of Sweet and Low manifest....
Sugar has been around for ages and is a much safer and tastier natural alternative and try to answer if Sweet and Low is "good" for you.
Are not fully known.
Im starting to feel content for the most part at around 1500 to 2000 calories in a day, I workout 5x a week. But these calories tracking programs I use keep telling me to eat dang near 2500-3000 and still lose weight. Even if I wanted to eat that much...

Furthermore, if you are looking to cut on low calories, you need to make sure - 500 cals below maintenance and see how you....
So, you're winning the war not want to sacrifice this .
