I am curious what others do when they add a food they have eaten and there are 10 different listings with totally different calories listed. How do you know which one to use?

Hi all, just wondering if you are supposed to include 'negative calorie foods' when inputting what you ate in the Calorie Counter. Also, does your 'Activity' section automatically get adjusted in the balance or do you have to subtract it manually?
