If i eat 1300 calories per day and burn off 2100 calories per day how fast will i lose 10 stone?

Love any opinions on when I burn extra calories exercising, should I be eating all of them everyday? I do 30-50 mins depending what's going on that day of exercise which sometimes adds 400+ calories to my daily intake... won't I lose faster if I just ...

I know on my super work out days when I burn a lot of calories nutritious foods.
Definitely want to lose faster and I have about 50 lbs to go :) There are lots of different opinions on here but mine is, if you are hungry, eat.

Look at their results, how do they lose so much weight in a week? They eat very few calories and are in the gym all day. So they're expending more than they're bringing in... isn't this the basis of the calories in v calories out argument?

Hi, yes I loose weight by just watching my calories, I eat roughly 1300-1400 calories per day and loose pounds by only watching calories....
It is much faster with exercise.

The content of the food (fat, sodium, etc) I'm sure makes a difference .
It's, well, a liquid, but calories are calories....or so I've been told.

I keep my RDI on FS at 1500 but I try to eat about 1200-1300 calories will also help, so that there is no doubt....
That is what I have done and it has worked for me .
I think you are at a good RDI if you stick between 1200 and 1500 calories.

If your goal is 1300,m eat at least....
I do not eat back exercise calories.
I try to eat 2400 each day.
By the way, i usually eat 1200-1400 calories per day.
