Hi just out of research who upped they're calories & didn't lose weight or gained ?
I've upped mine from 1200 to 1700 gross a day losing slightly more but see I should up them more?
Any insight?

I'm not trying to lose, but I find that I maintain and feel so ....
But that rather sounds like maintenance calories, but it will level out and you will start losing again.
Are highly active, you could eat 1700 and still lose.

Hi everyone, I've been using MFP religiously for about 3 weeks now. My goal is to lose about 30 lbs total. I am patient and I know that it will take time.
MFP advised me to eat 1200 calories per day with a weight loss of about 2 lbs per week..

I've managed to lose one lb i have mine set to drop higher and i have about 30 lbs to lose.
Plus it is possible my calories are underestimated as well.
Are OVERestimated on MFP.

Most people who are trying to lose weight eat about 1500-2000 calories a day with excercise.
He stayed in that range it would help.
There--a while back my husband could eat up to 2400 calories and lose weight.

1200 calories going to lose, you probably wont lose much because you're starving yourself -which makes your body save is the BARE MINIMUM....
The only things you will lose is muscle mass and nutrition.
Everything you eat as fat.

Hey ladies

Depends, but if you run for 30 mins and run oh .
If you go really fast you might loose 10,000 calories.
If you go very slow you might loose 2000 calories.
Lbs Well it depends also how fast you go.
