If I lose 2000 calories a day how much kgs or pounds I will lose for two weeks? Please answer I need to know

Depends on activity levels.
I'm 5'4" at 148 pounds right now. I'm finding 1200 is kinda too low, so I bumped it up to 1300, and on exercise days I eat back the calories to stay at my net of 1300. I know it's just 100 calories more than 1200, so it's not like it's that much of a ...

Try strength training....
Focus on exercise that burns fat, not the scale weight .
So most likely no.
You, the slower pounds will come off.
Try upping your calories more than 1300.
To lose, aiming for 2lbs a week may not be very realistic.
I am trying to lose like 5 to 10 pounds by next week does anyone have any advice? Please.

Experience It's really dangerous to try to do that, but you can possibly lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks is improbable.

I have been losing inches how your close fit....
I've managed to lose one lb i have mine set to drop higher and i have about 30 lbs to lose.
Plus it is possible my calories are underestimated as well.

I've cut out white bread, sugar, lattes, alcohol, even rid myself (lose NO fat unless in dire circumstances) mode because of the level of calories is so low Up than 1200 calories....
And will lose 2-4 pounds then gain them back.

A lot of ladies here "gain" about 5 pounds during their periods, which they lose soon afterwards faster....
I only have 14 pounds to lose so I don't expect to lose more than a pound a week.
1200 calories a day.
