London A13 average speed cameras, do they even work? ...and has anyone ever been caught by one?

Especially at peak times this is all part of the TRRL work monitoring... .
They have been monitoring the average speed on certain sections of road .
Hi Strange as it might seem these are not actually speed cameras for catching anyone well not at present.

I do live in London though, so it was only a tube ride to Vauxhall at F&C tend to highly recommend Miles Whitehead - I've got a camera with him at the moment.

Misunderstanding your posting, but you're not hoping to do a trip from London to Hadrian's Wall it's worth seeing - then you will at least need to make this a two day trip from London.
Good afternoon, I have a total of 8.5hr in London between flights and I have no idea what to do. I will most likely only have around 5hr to actually go outside and see something. I have never been to London and would love to see something interesting....

Are you talking LHR, LGW, some other London airport? If you take The Heathrow or Gatwick Express trains, they speed (dark blue) line from LHR into London....
Baggage, leaving the airport, getting into London and getting back again etc.
