I am looking into some summer camps for my kids.I am wondering how much time should the kids be spending in camps and activities? And how much is typical to spend on camps or activities for a 7/8 year old?

My biggest thing is getting camp weeks with the kids' friends - ds likes it and I like being park rec....
My kids (6&7) are doing 3 weeks of camp this year - vacation bible camp of camp.
Are really reasonable IMO.
