They can go to all the camps they want to, but if they don't show up for camp....
Heck, some of the Raider Coaches are asked to work camps.
But that the ONLY way most of these players get to camps is because coaches carry them.

You do need some information about the technology you named CED Solutions for the boot ....
These camps aren't for everyone either.
If you just want a certification then the boot camps can the exam.
It really depends on what you are after.

Looks like the military just started activating some FEMA camps in preparation of possible civil unrest when it concerns the whole of the United States.
