Sleep. No sleep. Can't sleep. I have been trying to go to sleep since 12:00am. With no luck. I'm not even tired. Of course this happens the day I have to wake up at 4:30am for a dance competition. I've already moved to the couch, then back to my bed, read, counted to a hundred, turned... You're right: 12 times between 4 suck it up and sleep train. No one would ever tell you otherwise. Sleep training can be tough.
