I was wondering if there is free parking in and around Central London?
I'm 18 and I'll be renting (hiring) a car in Wembley, yes I found a place that hires to 18 year olds.

We will be stopping in Dover while cruising this summer on July 21st. Is a day trip to London doable? Is there a private guide that someone might recommend? I know it's a long way but we did it from Civitavecchia to Rome. It was intense but wonderful....
