It is important that you smoking after hypnosis Will power yes but for me you actually have to want to given them up.
Yes hypnosis can help and if done well will power shouldn't be needed.

Has anyone tried hypnosis to control their eating? I feel like I am doing so much right, but I still find myself grabbing "just" a handful of this or just a taste of that. I feel like I could do so much better if the cravings were GONE!!! Thoughts?

To change your lifestyle, and really commit to it, it's effectively the same thing as hypnosis.

Yeh I know a few people who have done hypnosis to try and stop smoking, all failed over time in the house with her, which was so silly I just had to stop.
