Well i've noticed and read some talk on jz using NLP without consent on the students.
so nlp uses behavior models and to reinforce the behavior, anchors and triggers are used.
but more specifically there is a certain stlye of conversation...

Has anyone tried hypnosis to get over a tumbling block? I have had a block for about 5 years and my friend recently told me it might be a good idea to try hypnosis. Has anyone tried it? Does it work?

Can I study long scripts threw self hypnosis? Memorizing a book typathing.? Could I record a self hypnosis track for learning whatever long script I need to? Do you think it could help my memorization performance and recall capacity?

Hypnosis has been studied extensively for about 100 years, and people who use hypnosis have been found to remember things more accurately.

I think it can manipulate you of myself to be brought under hypnosis/trance....
Some things canI believe that this is possible with the right aspect of things .
Hypnosis is not a magical "cure".
Thing to add is what my therapist told me.

Can hypnosis help you succeed? By that I mean can it make your mind focus more and grasp things quicker and make your body remember? Give you talent a lot quicker? Like in sports, skills, knowledge etc? I wanna try parkour but wanna be better

Yes it can, but hypnosis is complicated and requires a lot of study and practice to do yourself.

Hypnosis is being recognised by hospitals now and the NHS.
Time Line Therapy and some even EFT.
I've always said that hypnosis can be used, Hypnosis, NLP.
To insinuate that I argue from his level of ignorance .
